Cape Elizabeth, Maine - July 6, 2013
We
had a "Maine-iac '61 Mini", hopefully the first of many. The group convened at a log cabin near the property of Ken
Lomas's daughter Rachel and her husband Andy Bowman. The rustic cabin overlooking
the beautiful rocky seacoast of the Cape was just perfect for a class gathering.
It was a warm and festive
group that was punctuated by great food, excellent company and a very scenic
view of the Maine coast. After cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, it was off to dinner at a charming local restaurant, The Good Table.
Seven 61-ers and
six spouses were on hand for the evening: Jerry Sullivan; Jack &
Shirley Sullivan; Don & Ellen Kornrumpf; Carl & Pat Bredenburg (who were unable to attend the dinner); John
& Judy Cooper; Joe & Ev Prather; and Ken & Brandell
Lomas.
